1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of PawZync, including our website, applications, booking workflows, subscriptions, and related digital services. By using PawZync, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of the Platform
PawZync is a digital technology platform. PawZync does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical services. All veterinary services are independently provided by veterinary clinics and professionals using or listed on the platform.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make payments through the platform.
- You must provide accurate and current information during registration, booking, and payment processes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
4. Orders, Bookings, and Payments
By making a booking, subscribing to a plan, or completing a checkout on PawZync, you are requesting digital services provided through the platform. Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers including PayHere and Stripe. By completing a transaction, you authorize PawZync to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.
PawZync does not store or have access to full payment card information. Full payment credentials are handled by certified third-party payment processors.
5. Pricing and Availability
- Prices, platform service fees, subscription charges, and promotional offers may change from time to time.
- We strive to keep service descriptions and pricing accurate, but we may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a booking, account, or order in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, pricing error, or legal necessity.
6. User-Generated Content and Data Responsibility
All information submitted to PawZync, including account information, pet records, medical notes, prescriptions, vaccination history, uploaded documents, clinic information, and all other user-generated content, is submitted by the relevant user or clinic.
- PawZync does not independently verify all user-submitted or clinic-submitted information.
- Users and clinics are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and reliability of the information they submit.
- PawZync shall not be liable for losses, disputes, treatment issues, or regulatory issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by users or clinics.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, creating fake accounts, submitting false or fraudulent information, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security, misusing payment systems, or harassing other users.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the PawZync Refund Policy published on this website. By using PawZync and completing a transaction, you agree to that policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, text, design, branding, logos, graphics, workflows, and website content made available by PawZync are owned by or licensed to The FineQubit (Pvt) Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit them without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawZync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from clinic services, user-submitted data, payment provider downtime, network interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraud or misuse, or creates legal or operational risk for PawZync or others.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PawZync after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
